Our Programs:

Our programs are customized to fit your unique preferences and needs. Whether we are helping to build cohesion in a corporate team for a daylong retreat or creating an intimate community space to support the needs of new parents, our programs are focused on creating opportunities to improve mental wellness and cope with stress.

In order to make our programs as stress-free as possible, we coordinate all of the logistics and take care of all of the heavy lifting: food shopping for all the ingredients, bringing all of the materials we need for your unique food workshop, and full cleanup! All you have to do is have fun and enjoy the experience.

Small Group Events

Meal Planning- Learn how meal planning can help you save time and money- 1-week meal plan included.

Quick and Easy Recipe Ideas- Short on time? We will go through how to make a great meal with a few basic recipes that you can customize and mix and match- recipes included.

Preserving Food- From pickling to preserves, we will learn how to make foods last much longer by using different types of preserving methods.

Pop-Ups

Lunchtime Snack Bar- A fun and healthy make-your-own snack delivered right to your business for a great lunchtime/afternoon break.

Breakfast Bowls- A morning pop-up for you early risers. Make-your-own delicious breakfast bowls with a healthy topping bar.

Smoothies- Need a boost of energy? How about a healthy, delicious smoothie to fuel your afternoon workday!

Half Day Events

Pasta Making- Learn how to make beautiful, delicious pasta in a variety of shapes and flavors-- you will never buy it from the store again!

Make Your Own Sauces and Condiments- We will make homemade sauces, spreads, and dressings that are customizable and made from the highest quality ingredients.

Cookie Making- Learn how to make two different types of cookie dough that you can then bake off in variety of ways, with numerous toppings and different flavor variations.

Full Day Retreats

Artisanal Bread Making- Learn how to make bread, from scratch using simple methods that you can replicate at home.

Family-Style Feast- We will cook an entire protein of your choice with sides and all the trimmings for a great community meal.

Pastry- Making the dough from scratch and then learning different techniques for baking off including croissants, tarts, and more.
