In order to make our programs as stress-free as possible, we coordinate all of the logistics and take care of all of the heavy lifting: food shopping for all the ingredients, bringing all of the materials we need for your unique food workshop, and full cleanup! All you have to do is have fun and enjoy the experience.
Individual work 1-1
If you would like to work with Cognitive Kitchen 1-1 for special skill development and training we can design a curriculum and cooking program to suit your needs. Individual work can focus on executive functioning, planning and time management, budgeting, positive social engagement through food, building routines around food, and general nourishment and nutrition.
Small Group Events
Small group events are focused primarily on positive social engagement, leadership skill development, planning and time management, and budgeting.
Meal Planning- Learn how meal planning can help you save time and money- 1-week meal plan included.
Quick and Easy Recipe Ideas- Short on time? We will go through how to make a great meal with a few basic recipes that you can customize and mix and match- recipes included.
Pop-up snack bars are a great way to build casual relationships between different teams or among current team members. Pop-ups are primarily focused on general nourishment and nutrition and positive social engagement.
Lunchtime Snack Bar- A fun and healthy make-your-own snack delivered right to your business for a great lunchtime/afternoon break.
Half Day Events

Half-day events are primarily focused on positive social engagement, leadership skills development, planning and time management, and building positive routines around food and cooking.
Pasta Making- Learn how to make beautiful, delicious pasta in a variety of shapes and flavors-- you will never buy it from the store again!
Cookie Making- Learn how to make two different types of cookie dough that you can then bake off in variety of ways, with numerous toppings and different flavor variations.
Full Day Retreats
Full-day events are a great way to get people out of the office for an intensive task that engages team members. Full-day events are primarily focused on positive social engagement, leadership skills development, planning and time management, coping with stress in creative ways, problem solving on the spot, building positive routines around food and cooking, and general nutrition and self-care.
Artisanal Bread Making- Learn how to make bread, from scratch using simple methods that you can replicate at home.
Pastry- Making the dough from scratch and then learning different techniques for baking off including croissants, tarts, and more.
